We will only use your personal data for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected unless we reasonably believe that another purpose is compatible with those original purpose(s).

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. The following retention periods apply:
Client contact and contractual records — 6 years after the end of the contract, in accordance with HMRC requirements and the Limitation Act 1980.
Email subscriber data — for as long as you remain subscribed. If you have not engaged with our emails for 18 months, we will run a re-engagement process and delete your data if there is no response.
Website analytics data — up to 26 months (standard Google Analytics retention period).
General enquiry and contact data — up to 2 years from last contact.

9. HOW AND WHERE DO WE STORE OR TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on all key business accounts.
- Access to personal data stored in Google Drive is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- We have procedures in place for dealing with data breaches, including notifying you and/or the ICO where we are legally required to do so.

We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, subject to the following exceptions.
We share personal data with the following categories of third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business: email marketing platform (Kajabi, USA), website analytics (Google, USA), advertising tracking (Meta/Facebook and Pinterest, USA), and website hosting and analytics (Wix, USA). All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law, and Standard Contractual Clauses are in place for all transfers outside the UK.
In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
Personal data will never be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
